There was a challenge that creating production plans inevitably took a lot of time. Therefore, we introduced automation of production planning with the aim of creating more accurate and efficient schedules. This time, we are utilizing a method called "stacking and unstacking." This method considers the workload for each process and the factory's production capacity, optimally distributing work over periods based on production volume and delivery dates. As a result, the time taken to create production plans, which previously took about 4 hours, has been reduced to approximately 1 hour. For more details, please see the URL below.
